Conditions of Contract 

1. The applicant agrees that the cat be treated as a Home Companion and notify the applicant at home receive the same considerations as a human family members for the duration of this cat's life. 

2. As such, the cat is living in a private residence as the applicant as pets. 

3. To the cat with adequate quantities of food and fresh water every day, as in "Nutrient Requirements of Cats, Revised Edition, 1986, National Academy of Sciences, USA" 

4. It is expressly agreed that the Foster offers no guarantee in relation to the physical condition or temperament of the cat. 

5. The applicant acknowledges how this cat is with all defects, either observed or not observed, and assumes all risk and responsibility for the cat from the date of signing this contract. 

6. Never to strike or otherwise harm the cat. 

7. Never, so that the cat that it is a cosmetic procedure, surgical and non-surgical, such as declawing or extraction of teeth, except for medical reasons on the advice of a veterinarian. 

8. Spaying or neutering is mandatory five months old. 

9. To the cat indoors at all times. 

10. Not to be let, unless the cat in the open and restricted by the applicant. 

11. Never to the cat in a room of less than 2500mm x 2500mm x 2500mm for a period of more than two hours per day. 

12. User agrees not to sell, give away or dispose of the cat in a different way (with the exception of euthanasia for medical reasons on the advice of a veterinarian) without the prior written consent of Foster. 

13. To ensure that the cat vaccinations, as requested by the veterinarian, are current and veterinary care for sickness, disease or injury. 

14. User agrees that the cat is in the house when there is nobody at home, except for prolonged absences such as holidays, when safe and proper care for the cat. 

15. To visit Foster right to a reasonable time, without notice, to ensure that the conditions for the acceptance of this agreement are met. 

16. If the cat to leave for any reason by the applicant, it is the responsibility of the applicant, the applicant for a replacement. 

17. The applicant must consent to Foster the transfer of responsibility for the cat to replace the applicant. The Foster retains the sole right to be heard, to approve or reject the replacement applicant. 

18. The applicant acknowledges that it is illegal in Singapore law, concerning the role of the cat. 

19. If the phone number and / or address for the original Foster is no longer operational, the applicant may submit a good faith to find and to the original Foster. 

20. To Foster about any change in the address of the applicant or contact information.
