The dog of the year 2008

DOGS, the lifestyle magazine for dog-lovers, and Tier TV, Germany's first animal television, awarded 2008 for the first time the title "Dog of the Year". The three-year Landseer Wombat from Augsburg continued against about 30 dogs and won the election by an expert jury. 

Wombat works as a therapy dog at the club "Bunter circle" at the Children's Hospital of Augsburg.
